At the Faculty of Homeopathy’s conference in Belfast last weekend, Dr David Owen was awarded the President’s Cup for his lifetime contributions to homeopathy.
Dr Owen’s role in founding the Homeopathic Physicians Teaching Group, in editing the recent textbook on homeopathy, his contribution to post graduate training and in being the first ‘responsible officer’ of the faculty were all mentioned as contributing factors. This is only the second time the cup has been awarded in recent history.
