- Vitamin C daily - If you develop the virus you will need to increase the dose significantly.
- Zinc
- L-Lysine
- Herbs such as: Kaloba, Olive leaf extract and Echinacea
- Anti oxidant supplements eg CoQ10
- Vitamin D3
- Probiotics as medicine or naturally fermented foods
While some supplements like Vitamin C and Zinc are indicated for many, more specific nutritional and herbal advice is not the same for everyone. Some of you may already be on an individualised regime for some the supplements you take will depend on what you have at home or can obtain.
